What we collect right now

The site's still in the pre-registration announcement stage. The only form on it is the newsletter sign-up, which collects just your name, phone number, email, LINE ID (if you give it), and the distance you're interested in, plus whatever message you leave for the team.

26We don't yet collect ID numbers, health information or medical certificates at this stage. Those will only be asked for once registration actually opens, with separate consent requested — health data counts as sensitive data under PDPA Section 26.

How your data travels

What you type is passed through Cloudflare, our hosting provider, straight to the organiser's email or LINE Official Account. No copy is kept anywhere in between.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies at all — no Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, no social-media tracking of any kind. There's no cookie banner to click because there's nothing to consent to.

If the organiser adds any visitor-tracking tool later, a consent banner will appear first, and this page will be updated to match.
